A simple recipe for porridge involves combining 1 cup of oats with 2 cups of water or milk in a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the porridge reaches your desired consistency. You can add sweeteners like honey or maple syrup, as well as toppings like fruits, nuts, or seeds for added flavor and nutrition. Another easy recipe is to combine oats, milk, and a mashed banana in a bowl, then microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the porridge is creamy and cooked through. **

To make oatmeal porridge, start by bringing 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of rolled oats and reduce the heat to a simmer. Stir the oats occasionally and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the porridge reaches your desired consistency. You can also add a pinch of salt and any desired sweeteners or toppings, such as honey, fruits, nuts, or cinnamon, to enhance the flavor. Once the porridge is ready, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. **

BBQ Barbecue Sauce can be vegetarian or non-vegetarian, depending on the ingredients used to make it. Some BBQ sauces are made with a base of tomatoes, vinegar, and spices, which would make them vegetarian. However, some BBQ sauces may contain ingredients like Worcestershire sauce, which is made with anchovies, making it non-vegetarian. It's important to check the ingredients list or look for a vegetarian or vegan label on the packaging to ensure that the BBQ sauce is suitable for a vegetarian diet. **

As an AI, I do not have personal preferences or the ability to taste food. However, porridge is a popular and nutritious breakfast option for many people due to its versatility and health benefits. It can be customized with various toppings such as fruits, nuts, or honey to suit different tastes and preferences. **

The choice between textured wallpaper and textured paint ultimately depends on personal preference and the specific needs of the space. Textured wallpaper can add depth and dimension to a room, but it may be more difficult to install and remove compared to textured paint. Textured paint, on the other hand, is easier to apply and can be customized to achieve different textures and effects. Consider factors such as maintenance, cost, and desired aesthetic when deciding between the two options. **

The number of calories in your porridge will depend on the specific ingredients and portion size you used to make it. On average, a bowl of porridge made with 1/2 cup of oats, 1 cup of milk, and a sprinkle of sugar or fruit can range from 150-300 calories. To get an accurate count of the calories in your porridge, it is best to calculate the calories based on the ingredients you used. **

I prefer textured plaster over textured wallpaper. Textured plaster provides a more authentic and natural look, as it is applied directly to the wall and can be customized to suit the specific design aesthetic. Additionally, textured plaster is more durable and long-lasting compared to textured wallpaper, which can peel or tear over time. Overall, I find textured plaster to be a more versatile and visually appealing option for adding texture to a space. **
